11/5/07 .Click Here to view pictures from the most recent Press Conference announcing the ruling in our favor by Judge Dexter M. Thompson. (Temporary Restraining Order is explained below)  Judge Thompson granted us a Preliminary Injunction against the Executive Order that Governor O'Malley issued authorizing the SEIU Election. This Injunction is affective immediately. This is another victory for us but the conflict is not over. Keep the pressure on your local representatives so that they stay on top of this issue and are standing with us.

Providers and concerned child care advocates should contact their Legislators and let them know, once again, how they feel about this issue. Call, email and write your legislators immediately.  ACT NOW!!!
