Registrations will be held at various locations across the state

Monthly Premiums start at $285.51

MSFCCA Membership is required to be enrolled in the health care plan.  If you are not already a member, you can join through your local association where you will also get the benefit of training, or you can join directly through MSFCCA as an Associate.

First Month's Premium, Initial Enrollment Fee of $75.00, a copy of your Child Care Registration (family child care provider) or a Child Care Center Eligibility Form (Child Care Center Employee), and a current MSFCCA Membership Card due at time of enrollment.
